Physical Therapy Page

Okay 2 years well 2 years in like a month i fell on my right shoulder and my acromion bone is stuck up (i can send you a picture if you need to your email) and now when i try to roll my shoulder around it really hurts and i dont know why. It hurts like when i try to open or close my slider door in my house with my right hand
My uncle said maybe i have spurts or something in my shoulder somewhere and thats why its hurting.
Someone please let me know if you have any ideas why
p.s. is it normal for my acromion bone to be stuck up like that
