she consulted to nuero doctor but he said there is no problem . even he said to do blood test but the report was normal .

Maybe they were the wrong type of tests. I had a stabbing pain in my shoulder, got an MRI, and it was diagnosed as tendonitis. To fix the problem ? Weeks of physical therapy. It is starting to feel better. Tell her to try an arthritis doctor. Let us know what happens.
First of all, it should be x-rayed, but the nuero doc probably already did that. Sounds like a severly strained or pulled muscle, try to ice it for 15 min, follow that with heat for 15min.
Repeat that about every hour. If it does not ease at all, I would arrange for a differant nuerologist to attend to her, sounds like the first one wasn’t very thourough. Good Luck, I’m sorry your mom is suffering.
do she have an X-Ray before to check what’s the problem?
I reckon you should seek a second neuro opinion, it could be a few things but looks likely to be incorrect neural stimulation. I e its firing with no stimulus. If the blood chem came back fine its the most likely cause. But here’s the issue, neurological issues can be very hard to track down, you may have to keep going back until its sorted. If the neuro wont see her go and hassle your normal doctor.
