I heard that a heart atack starts with pain on the left shoulder, but this pain doesnt go away and I think a heart attack would just be quick and not linger for hours

You probably pulled something, or bruised something. My shoulder is always hurting me because of some old hockey injuries.
no maybe some trauma to youre hand my hurts too but thats because I overworked my hands with my dumbbells and my rubber band take some vitamin d and calcium pills maybe or just go to the doc and check it out
It could be just a pulled muscle, but it can also be a pinched nerve. If you know you should get it checked out, go do it.
My back hurt and I thought it was nothing and then I broke my leg in a 4-wheel crash and the doctor took an x-ray to see if anything else was injured in the accident and it turned out my spine was in the shape of a backwards s.
