she is about 54 and has not had any injuries or surgeries (excuse my spelling) she just had the gastric bypass surgery about a month and a half ago. she thinks she has arthritas but has not been diagnosed. she tried heating pads and the medicating heat pads. it does not matter what position she lies sits or stands in it will hurt. she has tried every pain medication know to man! please help me help her!!

OK- tell your babysitter to go and see a chiropractor. Many times when the shoulders are sore, it can be due to a muscle imbalance o a misalignment of the joints. It may be due to arthritis, but it is more rare than the others I just listed.
A chiropractor will be able to help realign the joints and balance the muscles. Also more importantly, they will be able to tell here what is really going wrong.

for women her age its possible for her to be experiencing a heart attack, or about to have one.I know it sounds weird, but womens symptoms of heart attack are usually diff than men and one is shoulder pain,pain down arm, jaw pain, etc. Look it up,and tell her what u think? Just keep an eye on her
