for the last month I have been getting this burning aching feeling that last for less than a minute at a time sometimes it is in my upper arm sometimes it is by my elbow and sometimes it is in my hand..I did go to the hospital a few weeks ago but doctor said it wasnt heart attack …I noticed this morning behind my shoulder i have a very tender spot when touched also some spots of my upper arm are also sore when compressed could this be a pinched nerve? I’m a 33 yr old female overweight and I also have very large breat…my question is on my shoulder where my bra line is it has made like a ditch….could I possible have nerve damage from that?

A pinched nerve could be a big possibility. I misaligned my back about a month ago and have a pinched nerve from that my left arm goes numb off and on. Lasts 2 minutes at the most then it’s fine again. So I personally would suggest maybe trying to get a back x-ray and possible physical therapy. at least to get the pressure off the nerve.
