Getting pain in behind knee when walking and in shoulder joint when raising or using arm. The knee started Saturday and now the shoulder. Any reason for a quick set on pain in joints like this? any ideas?

Bursitis would explain the pain behind the knee….Do you play any sports? or was this acute?
I agree with the bursitis assessment. However, you may also have a bit of supraspinatus tendinitis (the muscle underlying that shoulder bursa) if you’re spending a lot of time performing overhead tasks.
Try a couple of Advil plus one Tylenol, 3x/day with ice, give your leg some rest and keep the reaching close, below mid-chest height and carrying primarily underhanded.
Kinda sounds like Bursitis.. If it is, it’ll go away in about 2 weeks.. get some aleve or something for the pain.
