i have had some sharp tight pain in the left of my chest for the past 3 days yesterday it shot upwards from my chest towards my shoulder, i checked on the nhs symptom checker and it said to dial 999 for an ambulance! i wasnt about to waste ambulance staff time by doing that i just thought i would wait a few days and see how it goes, but im starting to worry. im 27 years old and a asthmatic i have been short of breath lately and had a persistant cough for 3-4 weeks, what could it be?
