I’ve got bad muscle pain in my shoulder blade and don’t know what to rub into it. I read on the net that I cannot use nurofen gel or deepheat

I get that pain all the time – in fact I have it right now. I use the Icy/Hot patch or this little massager thing I have. It helps a little but I’ve learned that the pain just has to go away. Bummer, right?
Tiger Balm should be ok.
You could call the pharmacy or the doctor to double check.
Or the label might say something.
Maybe a shoulder rub with a plain body lotion will have to do until you find out from your ob/gyn the do’s and don’ts of medications. Maybe an aromatherpay lotion for relaxation might be good. First, stand in the shower and let a nice warm steady stream of water hit the sore area on your shoulder and after you step out of the shower, get someone to massage the lotion into the painful area. It’ll relax the area and maybe help with the discomfort. Good luck with your should and your pregnancy.
u can use a heatin pad see if that loosein it up… and then have ur husband rub ur shoulders
Have someone massage it. I got that all the time when I was pregnant. I would also get a heating pad and put that on it. I hope you feel better. Mother of five.
what i use is a heated massage liquid that i bought from an adult store because everyone talked about it and said it was so good so i thought id try it out for my sciatica (before i knew i was pregnant) and now i use it on muscle aches and things also bath and body works massage gel my friend bought it for me and i can’t find it anywhere but i love that too….oh and the stuff from the store is called body heat, there is also others like liquid love and a ton more lol well good luck and i hope that this helps you!!!!!! congrats on the baby
Im pretty sure Tiger Balm is safe to use when pregnant, but Ive never had to use it. Check the label first. Good luck
