I’ve also been feeling pain in my right and left shoulder, in addition to nausea. Could this be symptoms of an ovarian cyst or appendicitis? I don’t have health insurance, and I can’t afford to go into the emergency room because I don’t qualify for there charity program. Please help!

where are u from? i work in an ER in nsw, australia, and we dont charge anything, we jus ask for a medicare number, and that pretty well covers it. just make sure u go to a public hospital and not a private one, and yes i would be going to an ER and getting checked, they can also offer pain relief, if panadol is not doin the job.. i always go to the ER instead of the dr… depending on wat it is of course, but i guess, in your situation it sounds like u r letting money over take the importance of your health, and hey, if i was in pain, and had no idea wat it was, i would put my health before my money anyday. just make sure its a public hospital and u should be fine
