		<description>You might not actually have carpal tunnel.  Wrsit pain often gets diagnosed as carpal tunnel sydrome, even though the problem is coming from the neck, rather than the wrist.  A neck problem can cause pain in the neck, should or any where in the upper extremity.  It sounds like you might have something going on with your neck, which is causing pain in your upper traps.  Your best bet is to see a spine surgeon who can order an MRI and see if something is going on in your neck.  Good luck!</description>
