the pain started like 4 days ago and is getting worse, it feels like some1 is squeezing a vein or something in my arm and there grip is getting harder and tighter. i have really stubborn parents who wont take me to a doctor without hard evidence of whats causing this pain so some1 please tell diagnose me!!

Possibly gallbladder (often refers pain to right shoulder)
