and i was in alot of pain and now my arm back neck and jointys are having extreme pains for the last 2 week. i wanted to now if its a good pain reilever ive have yet to take it, and when i had my surgery i was given a amount forty oxycodone. and that helped alot. but my pains now are 7 out of 10. i asked them to give me a more powerfull pain killer and they said my blood suger was 71 so it was low. so they couldnt do it apperently i wasnt showing that much pain, thats because im a male and pain will hurt but my pain tolernce is high (not trying to be sexicist) but alot of pain over a while just increases. also i was hit by a car not to long and ive been having alot of neck and back problems to but didnt go to the hospital because nothing was broken just alot of pain. what should do?

Motrin 600 mg is just 600 mg of ibuprofen. your blood sugar was not that low. Some doctors want it to be between 70 to 110 and other doctors want it to be between 80 and 120. No matter what your blood sugar was it is not a reflection of what your pain is. No one is the medical field is suppose to judge someones pain. If they say that their pain rate is a 7 on a 1 to 10 pain scale then they are in alot of pain. I don’t understand why they gave you ibuprofen unless you had some other issues with medications before which you did not indicate. I am sorry to tell you that I do not believe that the mortin is going to touch your pain if your rate is a 7 but it won’t hurt to try it. If it doesn’t help then I would either call them back or go back and tell them that they are not meeting your needs. Your body has gone through alot of trauma and your needs should be met by your treating physician. Good luck.

If you had surgery last YEAR, you should be better by now. Maybe you need another doctor. I had back fusion surgery with hardware and don’t even need aspirin.
