Then, I'd work my way UP to 4 otc's of ib. First time I took Imitrex, I had the sweats, too. If you take it again and get the sweats, go to the ER or talk to your doctor, depending on what the side-affect guide says (I can't remember). I don't know what to tell you about the shoulder pain.
