I Often Get A Pain Behind My Left Breast,left Shoulder And Arm..i Have Had My Heart Checked Several Times,?

i was told it could be acid reflux.Has anyone ever heard of acid reflux causing these types of symtoms?

Acid reflux can present symptoms very similar to a heart attack and often is very difficult to differentiate from heart pain. One clue is that angina is related to exertion and doesn’t respond to antacids.
