I dislocated my shoulder and tore the cartilage in front and back of my shoulder. I had shoulder surgery on monday and repaired all of it. Then today, i was walking up stairs without my sling on, because the doctor said i didnt have to wear it all the time, and i fell and i put both of my arm out (natural instinct) to stop myself and i was wondering if maybe i tore something in my shoulder AGAIN. There is really so pain. it is the same amount of pain that i had before i fell. (The soreness from surgery) please help!!!!!

in all honesty, you should be asking your doctor this question. none of us know the details of your fall or your arm or health etc etc. you can probably call the doctor, and ask and he will probably want to see you in person. This is too serious for any of us to answer this question for you
you shod call the doctor because sometimes if your shoulders heal by themselves, they might not heal right, and you would have to have additional surgery to correct something that could have been avoided by a simple trip to the doctor.
I would ask your dr about this. it might be sore from the surgery and the fall. becareful.
