don’t waste time here waiting for answers, see a doctor.
i am not sure what makes you think you have an aneurysm but if you do don’t hesitate to see a doctor. it might just be a pinched nerve or a sort of what i call a stiff neck but then again it could be anything.
only a doctor will be able to assess what the problem may be.
as you are worried about it then see a doctor, as i said may be nothing but then again ……….. better to be safe than sorry.
