I hit my head yesterday lunchtime, I don’t think I hit it that hard, although it hurt at the time and I developed a headache straight away. I took some paracetamol that evening which took away the pain after a while.
The headache didn’t come back until this evening and I also have developed an aching pain in my neck and shoulders too.
Any ideas for whether I should get this checked out/how serious it could be?

I think you should either go to A and E or see your GP as soon as you can.
Common sense dictates to go get a medical opinion. You may have a concussion. Be on the safe side and do it ASAP.
maybe you got concussed go see your doctor.
