		<description>Chronic tendinitis is usually caused by a protective reflex keeping the tendon under constant tension.  Proper movement therapy before bed time can calm these reflex tensions which allows the natural repair processes to work.  I teach my clients to lay on there back and roll an exercise ball  around under the heels.  This stimulates the walking reflex that causes you to swing your arms when you walk without the stress on the shoulder socket that exists when upright.
