I Have Tendonitis In My Shoulder….how To Lessen The Pain So I Can Sleep?

It hurts too much to sleep, turning over hurts!

    try sleeping on your back, it will keep the shoulder in a neutral position. really warm baths or showers will help loosen the muscles and try something like tiger balm, rub a535, myoflex, etc to keep it loose while you sleep. You could also try a heating pad. best of luck

    Heat pack and Anti-Inflammatories… take Nurofen Plus or something as strong as that … it will help you sleep and will reduce the tendonitis.

    ouch…try Flex All…you can get it at the local drug store..it is for tendonitis….

    Mona vie juice cured my wife’s Tendonitis. Some people get a magnet pad for pain relief (see Magnet Therapy by Dr Lawrence and Dr Rosch). Check the Pill Book Guide To Natural Medicines by Murray for natural remedies for pain and inflammation. Good luck!

    Try a nice hot shower then put heating pad on it when you go to bed.

    Chronic tendinitis is usually caused by a protective reflex keeping the tendon under constant tension. Proper movement therapy before bed time can calm these reflex tensions which allows the natural repair processes to work. I teach my clients to lay on there back and roll an exercise ball around under the heels. This stimulates the walking reflex that causes you to swing your arms when you walk without the stress on the shoulder socket that exists when upright.
