I have tender spots all over my body, but mostly pain in neck, shoulders and chest. Somewhat swollen under ears and jaw. Scabby, pussy, sores inside my ears, which I keep picking at.

Hmmm…I think it would be wise of you to be visiting a doctor. I wouldn’t be asking people in Yahoo answers. The majority of the people here are kids.
If the symptoms are that bad you should head to either Urgent Care of the ER.
I does sound like you have something that is causing your lymph nodes to swell which indicates an infection which may be serious or it may be something that can be treated.
    See a doctor!

You need to see a doctor; get those lymph nodes checked out…sooner rather than later!

I’m not a physician and don’t claim to be but it sounds an awful lot like you have shingles. You need to get to the doctor right away.

These symptoms are common among those infected with HCV-a disease that can take 8 to 10 years or longer for anything major to arise.
Fibromyalgia is a symptom as well as the pain your experiening in your neck, shoulders and chest as sometimes the pain from the liver pressing on other organs radiates to other areas.
    Get tested for HCV.

Your “tender spots”, lethargy, and pains that you think sound strange, could possibly be Fibromyalgia, but most doctors act like they don’t know what that is, and will run a billion dollars worth of tests, only to tell you it seems strange to them, too. They want you to think you’re crazy. You really DO need tests to rule out anything horrible (I’m not saying Fibromyalgia ISN’T horrible, though). The swelling under your ears and jaw, especially if it’s tender there, too, sounds like your body trying to fight off an infection. I said SOUNDS LIKE! Could be swollen lymph nodes. You may also feel tender lumps under one or both of your arms (armpits), and in the groin area. The scabby sores, well, I’m not a doctor either, but it really does sound like your best bet would be to go to a doctor, or a health department in or near your town to be checked out. Could be something simple, like you scratched your ears during the night and are just continuing to pick at what you messed up during the night. Have you cleaned your ears lately? Sorry, just kidding. Seriously, go to your doctor, that’s what he spent years in school for, he should be able to get to the bottom of it all, and at least ease your mind some, and even lighten your wallet in doing so!

Wow, you really need to go to the doctor. You could have a Strep or Staph infection. Neither is good, but can be treated with antibiotics. You could also have a bacterial infection. GO TO THE DOCTOR! Why would you waste time? Think about it. This infection is in the top 1/3 of your body. That’s where your brain and your heart are. Do you really want to let this slide?
