Maybe you need to rest it. I had to keep my shoulder immobile for 2 weeks and force myself not to use it till it healed. Rest is number one.
Did you fall in a weird way? Have an MRI done.
The other possibility is “computer shoulder” which you don’t hear much talk about. How high is your mouse? If too high up, it might be affecting your shoulder.
Also, obviously, you should go to a very good doctor (associated with a top notch hospital) and have it looked at. An MRI would be good if it might be serious. Do not let the doctors talk you out of getting an MRI. If nothing is wrong, you want to SEE it, and an mri will prove it to you one way or the other.
or maybe you can try go for massage therapy?you can find such services on 88db, some therapy centres offers pre & post event sports massage, deep tissue massage therapy to relief muscles & pains…..good luck
