You could have a pinched nerve in your back that is causing pain ,so maybe go see a chiropracter, also you could have tennis elbow. If it still hurts after a few days, go see your doc. Try the chiro. first though

There are numerous factors that could be causing your pain.
If it doesn’t subside in a couple of days or the pain worsens
consult a physcian.An x-ray could prove helpful.
It could be lots of things, but you should definitely check the ergonomics of your computer. If you are using the mouse in a position that has your arm extended and your right shoulder lifted, it will cause considerable stress over time. I have a friend who never uses a document holder when he types, and he does data entry all day! One day his neck just froze, and he could not straighten his head! Things like that seem so small, but are cumulative. Take a little time to evaluate your habits. Feel better soon!
Is it a pain in your bicep area that feels like it’s being pulled? If so, it could be biceps tendonitis. I had that. I’d wake up in the morning with my arm feeling like it was on fire. I got a prescription for an anti-inflamatory and it went away, if you need an OTC Alieve works well, too.
Hope this helps!
