I Have Back Pain What Is The Cause And How Should I Treat?

I have pretty bad sciatica right outside my right shoulder blade. I don’t have time to see a doctor because it’s late and I’m leaving for the beach in the morning is there anything I could do to ease some of the pain? There are no bruises or markings just pain. Any idea what it might be?

    See a chiropractor that specializes in Active Release Techniques. This practice breaks away the scar tissue on the muscles. That scar tissue is pulling your spinal cord out of alignment.     It could be many things. Did you strain in doing something physical the last day or so or sleep on it the wrong way. Hard to tell what caused the problem but chances are it is from an activity you did and didn’t realize you over did it. Try taking Advil as it can relieve pain while removing any swelling that may be causing the pain.

    It could be anything, muscular, skeletal, could be your lungs or something.. Since the beach takes priority over your health, take some ibuprofin or something and carry on.

    fill a sock with rice and microwave it until it’s hot, but don’t burn your self, and put it on your back.
