		<description>the pain is probably caused from the gallbladder.  right posterior shoulder pain, abdominal pain and bloating are usual symptoms of this.  discuss with the dr regarding gallstones as well. any problems with indigestion with fatty or spicy foods or diarrhea?  the dr may be able to remove just the polyp or may opt to remove the gallbladder.  a very simple procedure these days.</description>
