    It could be stress or a muscle has been irritated. And this is why your body is telling you that it feels uncomfortable. If its too uncomfortable ask your doctor. They will tell you what is going on exactly. And, I am sure they will give you pain reliever and ask them for tips so that it won’t happen again or at least to prevent it. I hope the pain goes away for good and completely!!!

    i pulled a muscle in my shoulder in my sleep when i asked my mom about it she told Me to put heat one and make sure i don’t use it for it to get better.
    i used these heating patches that had adhesive so that they would stay in place.

    Something you swallowed maybe. because sometimes when i have something crunchy and it goes down the wrong pipe it can hurt when you breath but i would call ur doc
