that only happens occasionally. It’s usually at night and it a burning pain like when you have a high fever and you feel achy. That’s the way it feel in that area. It’s the area like under your bra strap area. I don’t know what it is and it’s been going on for a few years. I try to go to the doctor but it’s usually gone before I get there. Anyone else out there have the same problems. The skin is a little sensitive to touch sometimes as well. Pain meds do not seem to help.

I can’t tell you for sure what it is but it sounds like a rotator cuff or bone spurs. I’m not a doctor. Do go ahead and still see a doctor even if the pain is gone. You can describe the pain to him and he will probably do some X-rays and possibly send you for an MRI or send you to an orthopedic surgeon. Don’t wait any longer though. It can get worse with time.
I have this problem too. It is more than likely muscular, if it has been going on years like me, the pain meds probably won’t help much anymore. The best fix for me is theragesic or icyhot patches. It probably originated from some sort of injury and now those muscles are more susceptible to tension and stress. Be careful of your posture and try to keep relaxed. You might want to get a professional massage or even consider a chiropracter.
It could be a crack rib, even though its in the back. Sometimes when you strain yourself, possibly because it didn’t heal correctly before, you hurt it again and then it takes a few days or weeks to heal. Just because you don’t feel pain doesn’t mean it’s not still there and not still detectable. When you feel pain, it means there’s something wrong. Don’t disregard it and take good care of yourself.
maybe it’s a pulled muscle that has never healed. Go to the doctor anyway and describe the pain even if it’s gone because they can do some kind of scan.
its your gall bladder, maybe you have stones, thats one of the symptoms, or so my mom says, she had the problem a few years ago
