You don&#039;t say your age so its difficult to help here but I&#039;ll give you some pointers, my advice is see the doctor though!
It may be a pulled muscle if you remember doing something that may be the clue. Muscle and tendon &quot;pulls&quot; or tears take a very long to settle and to become painfree. You may need to get help from your doctor and he may even decide to strap your shoulder.
There are other problems such as pleurisy or cosackie virus. This would give you pain every time you breathe in and out deeply. A doctor needs to diagnose this and put you on treatment. X-rays may be needed.
Lastly, if its only chest pain with shortness of breath you really do need to see a doctor soon and have the problem diagnosed.</description>
