the machine i am using is from serasem , a south korea company, francised by the local . they say that it emits far infrared rays which cures all illness. is it advisable to expose this radiation for hour an hour. kindly advice me

Infra-red rays are not actually radioactive and as long as you don’t put the machine too close to your skin it should be fine. I would think a safe distance would be at least a 12-16″. Make sure you don’t look directly at the light that is being emitted as it could burn the eyes. I should think half an hour would be sufficient for you and make sure you use some moisturizer after as the heat tends to dry the skin out. All the machine is doing is heating the deeper layers of muscle and tissue. Some people have said that they have had great success using infra-red with arthritis. It is the warmth that tends to help. I can tell you as a Dr. that Infra-red will not cure all illnesses. I think that in some countries they tend to believe all sorts of strange things which are not quite true.
No, it’s not advisable. No machine can cure all illness. Repeated radiation exposure can cause cancer and / or radiation sickness. I would not use this machine.
