I’ve been doing physical therapy for a year now. I’m a 16 year old female and I hurt my shoulder playing softball. I did physical therapy yesterday and my shoulder is still hurting me today really bad to where my arm has throbbing pain. They did ultrasound, put Electra pads on my shoulder. Could it have done something to my shoulder to make it hurt bad? Please help me.

If it was the first time you had the Electra pads done maybe that irritated it? I think the best idea would be to call them, speak to your therapist and tell them what kind of pain you are having and get their professional opinion. If they are close go back up there. If they can’t help you your original referring physician should.
Did you go to a sports medicine doctor first? I had to when I injured my shoulder and then they decided a plan to heal it and it was healed for the most part within a month. I had the electra pads done and I didn’t think it helped much, but I did other exercises.
