Without an individual or electric appliances it is nearly impossible to massage those areas!!! You can try the wall and rub your body up and down it or the floor and push the painful areas into the floor!!! Otherwise I think you are out of luck!!!

It’s nearly impossible to self massage. The entire point of a massage is to relax tense muscles, if you massaged yourself you would be using the same muscles that you were trying to relax, and you would have to be in very awkward positions to massage the arias that you indicated. You would be working against yourself. Do you have any friends of family member that could help you out? You could also try a relaxing bath.

One of the most useful self massage tools is a tennis ball (or a field hockey ball if you are really tough!)
Put the ball on the ground, lie the sore part of your body on the ball and roll around on it. Make sure that you take deep breaths while you do this as holding your breath makes your muscles tighter. You can roll out almost any body part. It likely won’t work on your neck but if your back is looser then your neck might loosen up too.
