		<description>Have someone feel around for you pressure points.
Take thumb place a fair amount of pressure into muscle for a few seconds, slowly remove. Keep doing this until you find the pressure point that will alleviate the pain. This allows the muscle to expand.
Works for me.</description>

It provides a moist heat that stays warm for a long time.This can be re-used for months &amp; months!</description>
