I’ve had severe pain above my left shoulder blade for years. It cracks constantly and loudly. Sometimes the pain is so bad I can’t concentrate or do anything until it goes away. The only way I find relief is if i put direct pressure to that spot (someone’s elbow, stapler, etc.) by leaning on it. Does anyone else have this problem? I want it get better =(

Have you seen a doctor for this? I know a lot of people with chronic sciatica have found relief through chiropractic care as well as acupuncture (especially when the pain is due to arthritis), but your problem sounds like it could be due to a past injury or over-use, so I would really recommend seeing a medical doctor first.
Sounds like my pains. Same area, and they think I have something wrong with my rotator cuff. I have to go to physical therepy because I cannot sleep through the night, can’t lift, can’t go bowling… mine cracks all the time too. Get an MRI.
i dont have this problem and i am sorry you do but have you ever concidered going to the chiropractor?
Sounds like a soft tissue injury. Se an Ortho aand he may suggest diclofenac for starters.
Have you ever thought it could be your posture or if you are constantly using one arm instead of the other but I would get it checked out as soon as possible….good luck !
years???? see your doctor.
