		<description>You should always stretch first and if you feel the pull of tendonitis don&#039;t do that. the therapy that worked on the other arm, can you duplicate it? To stop the pain i used Capzasin It&#039;s made with the oil of hot peppers and takes the pain down and keeps it feeling warm. They have it in an applicator like liquid shoe polish  , safer that way. kills any eye or any place you touch if its on your hands   thus applicator </description>
