Particularly dumbell flys hurts my right shoulder joint.
Two years ago, I had an onset of diabetic frozen shoulder. The severe pains subsided after 6 months. Nowadays, the only time it hurts is during weight training.
Does anybody have any information on how to fix my shoulder so that it does not hurt. Any physical therapy should I do to correct this?
Thanks

No definitive answer can be given to you without a physical exam. We do not yet know if your residual pain is still due to an underlying fibrosis of the joint capsule, a contractile dysfunction, etc.
There could be a number of reasons why your shoulder still hurts. PT is not a “cookbook” solution and requires careful assessment to individualize your program.
I have the same problem from time to time, I used to visit a physical therapist. One of the exercises that he had me do still works really well. I’ll try to describe it for you: stand next to a table, lean over, placing the forearm of the ‘good’ shoulder on the table. Then swing the bad one freely back and forth (front to back – not side to side) for several minutes. It increases blood flow and helps to relieve it. When my PT first had me do it, I thought it was a silly exercise, but after 10 years (rotator cuff injury) I still do it when it acts up. Hope this helps.
try visiting a massage therapist. I know we learned how to treat Clients with frozen shoulder in school, so I assume that others would have as well.
