Ive had a pain in my rotator cuf for a while and i’ve tried stretching, icing, and heating it. its a sharp pain whenever i turn my shoulder in a certain direction. i can still workout and do daily activities but its annoying. how can i heal this..nothing seems to have worked.

E-levation.
And EAT PINEAPPLE!!! a whole fresh one, its supposedto help with muscle strains, sprains, ect.!!!
