What did you do?
Go to the doctor or the hospital because you could have a broken bone or a pinched nerve. It certainly is not normal to feel the pain you are feeling and not to be able to lift with your arm.
go see a doctor!!
I have had that. It was a torn muscle.
so dont lift it
Sounds like it could be a trapped nerve if you haven’t knocked it… All you can do is rest and if you can make it to the Drs get some muscle relaxants to help you through the night… it will get better. Good luck x
My Husband is suffering the same thing as yourself and I was hoping to get some help from your answers . Some people think they are funny the answers they give, but I don’t. My Husband has a Doctor’s appointment on Tuesday so I hope you and he will both get your problem resolved. xxx’s and good luck!
If you are in the Uk ring NHS Direct. I had similar and I was told if you cant lift it above your head then you should see a doctor.
Hi I hope this helps you I have spoken with my friend who is a practising osteopath/ lecturer. he recommends that you try Hot & Cold treatments for two minutes at a time. Start with the hot and finish on the cold do this for about half an hour also take some Ibrupofen which will reduce muscle tension. If your symptoms continue he says you should see your Gp.
But he thinks this should be all you possibly need.
Best of luck.
I had the same problem and it turned out to be torn ligaments. But I did hit my shoulder on a Goal Post
if it just happened, quit trying to force it, get some ice on it to reduce any swelling and
Go…
To…
The…
Doctor.
If you’ve had this pain for more than a day, DEFINITELY go to the doctor!
Maybe a sprained ankle or a yeast infection. < < LOL >>
Go see a doctor man, what do you think anyone on here can do for you?
Could be a torn ligament if you have done any heavy lifting.
