Out of the various anti-depresents, Wellbutrin has one of the better side-effect profiles (i.e. very little side-effect). Speak with your doctor, the one who prescribed the medication, and see if the medication is indeed responsible for the pain. It might be that the dosage has to be lowered. I don't mean to imply that you are suffering from major depression. I don't know. Wellbutrin is also use for smoking cessation as well. If you are indeed being treated for major depression, current medical guidelines is if the patient is unable to tolerate the side-effects then the patient should be switched to another anti-depressants. There are scores of different anti-depressant which work on a number of different receptors. Many of these medications are just as effective as Wellbutrin without the side-effects.
