		<description>If it&#039;s bad enough and doesn&#039;t clear up quickly, go to the emergency room at a local hospital - they have to treat you whether or not you have insurance or money to pay.  You&#039;ll still get a bill though.  If you don&#039;t have insurance or much income, they might lower it substantially - talk to their accounting department.</description>
