My right shoulder has very sharp pains on top near the joint and it radiates towards my arm and collar bone when i breath in deep. I do not feel pain near my shoulder blade. I have been experienceing abdominal pain for a couple days. Now it appears mostly under my right rib cage and is tender to touch. Has anyone experienced this type of shoulder pain with a gallbladder problem? I am only 28 and I will be having an ultrasound done later today.

Yes! I had most of my pain in my shoulder. Good luck with your ultrasound. Gallstones are no fun!
Yup – and I was 26 when I had my gallbladder removed.
