I’m 22 years old with no past heart problems. Heart disease does run in my family. For the past few hours I have had a dull aching pain in my upper left arm going into my shoulder and neck. No chest pains or heart burn. Should I be concerned? Also, there have been no injuries or pulled muscles…Does anyone know what this could be?

Probably an trigger point that needs to be massaged using acupressure. Poor posture & RSI can cause these pains. find the sore acupressure / trigger points & press on them a 10-30 seconds with a round object.
