I have been having pain in my breasts and pain in my shoulders both not just the right for a few days.I have pain in my breasts lots but with the pain in my shoulders just wondering. Anyone have any idea? I don’t think I am having a heart attack I mean I would be dead by now right?

New bra?? Do you need a reduction? You could have pulled a muscle in your chest and overcompensated which is making your shoulders hurt.
You really should see a doctor no matter what!!!
i had the same feeling for almost a year and always got pulled muscle as an answer well..finaly after all the complaining i got sent to a neuologist and he had an MRI done of my brain and found demyelination and its sittinfg on my nerves that is causeing the pain ….
Heartburn… I had it so bad I felt like I was having a heart attack also… Mine was from salami
Get a new bra, hopefully professionally fitted.
Have you tried stretching? Any which ways that help to release tension in your muscles and nerves. Stretch the muscles of the torso, neck, arms ,trunk, legs and feet .Spend half an hour doing this every day and follow it up with 2 glasses of luke warm plain water to flush out the toxin released. I learn this from a Chinese martial art friend.
It could be gas bubbles, I had it once after surgery and was in intense pain. It might also be the weight of your breast if you are top-heavy.
It never hurts to go to the doc and find out. If you can’t make it to the doc, most emergency rooms will admit you immediately if you are complaining of chest pain.
I found the info below on the web, maybe something in it will be useful to you.
Symptoms of a heart attack include:
Angina: Chest pain or discomfort in the center of the chest; also described as a heaviness, tightness, pressure, aching, burning, numbness, fullness or squeezing feeling that lasts for more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back. It is sometimes mistakenly thought to be indigestion or heartburn.
Pain or discomfort in other areas of the upper body including the arms, left shoulder, back, neck, jaw, or stomach
Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath
Sweating or “cold sweat”
Fullness, indigestion, or choking feeling (may feel like “heartburn”)
Nausea or vomiting
Light-headedness, dizziness
Extreme weakness or anxiety Rapid or irregular heart beats
Women often have different symptoms of a heart attack than men and may report symptoms before having a heart attack, although the symptoms are not typical “heart” symptoms. In a multi-center study of 515 women who had an acute heart attack (MI), the most frequently reported symptoms were unusual fatigue, sleep disturbances, shortness of breath, indigestion and anxiety. The majority of women (78 percent) reported at least one symptom for more than one month before their heart attack. Only 30 percent reported chest discomfort, which was described as an aching, tightness, pressure, sharpness, burning, fullness or tingling
