Did I Pulled A Muscle? Shoulder/ball Joint Pain?

i haven’t done any heavy lifting or outside lawn work in the last 2 months.well yesterday i worked on some old weedeaters,i was trying to start them and i pulled the string with my right arm about 50 times or more the weedeater would run and then shut off after 5 second.6 hours later my right arm is hurting like hell and still is,i took some advile.the top of my right muscle/shoulder hurts and it feals like my right arm was pulled out of the ball joint? my arm hurts when i move it and it pops? is this a pulled muscle?also i’m 20 years old 6 foot tall and 242 pounds do you think i’m a big guy?my dads 6′6″ 280 pounds so i look short compered to him.i do alot of tree work in the summer that requires heavy lifting moving logs cuting fire wood thats alot of work so my wait is evenly distributed.

    Had the same problem once. The pain was consistently in the front of my shoulder joint and nothing I did made it any better. I was like that for maybe 2 years until I happened to go with some friends to a personal trainer. I mentioned this pain to him and he immediately told me what it was. Its a common injury in football players where they are tackled high up in the shoulder region and the ligaments across and around the shoulder joint are damaged/stretched due to being hit there. He put me on an exercise machine where you open and close your arms horizontally using weights.(don’t know what they call it) I really expected it to hurt but it didn’t. After only 2 sessions of 10min each, the pain was gone and has never returned.

    do massage for your shoulder , visit your doctor , eat drug
    ( anti analgesic )
