Cramps…. pain on my left shoulder…..?
and my right upper stomach, very tired and no period as yet…
Have you experience this before.

If the pain is bad and the cramps are bad, you might want to call your doctor. I had a really bad cramps last summer and a horrible pain in my shoulder and when I called my doctor about it, they made me come in that day for a blood test and an ultrasound to make sure I didn’t have an ectopic pregnancy. It turned out to be something else but it made me more aware of my body. If you have pains that aren’t normal, call your doctor.
Have you taken a pregnancy test?
If you THINK you’re pregnant you should. You also should talk to a Dr. about the shoulder pain. How severe are the cramps? How late are you? Are you trying to get pregnant?
You haven’t really given any detail about anything.
My guess would be, judging from what you’ve said, that your period is on it’s way and you slept funny, but I could be totally wrong because your question has NO detail.
I think im pregnant and i have been having pains in my left shoulder as well. I have NO CLUE why. I was actually wondering the same thing lol! But take a test hun. That will tell. Good luck!
