I woke up today fine. Hour or so got up to make a sandwhich and my chest started to hurt. I thought well Maybe it was me pulling myself up to go to the kitchen. Then it started to get worst like someone was skitting on my chest and shoulder.
It was hard to breathe cause it would hurt.
the pain is top part of the right side of my chest. Some of the pain is in my shoulder too and i can feel it in my back also.
Any ideas?

it can be many things .
its a symptom of gall bladder stone ( just the right shoulder pain ) , it can just be because of some indigestion , or some muscle strain) it can also be refered pain from some myocardial infarction or other cardiac problems , or because of some disorders of the lungs or MOST PROBABLY since you say the pain is going away its most likely its NOTHING AT ALL.
go to ER asap if your right shoulder hurts it can be related but not likely…..if your left now diff story
