Can Physical Pain Get This Bad From Anxiety?

November 18th, 2009 · 5 Comments · Pain

I have been living with anxiety my whole life it seems. Over the last couple years it has caused me to have muscle tension/pain in my shoulders and now my neck as well. Since April I have headaches/migraines. I stopped working and some days I have to stay on my couch the whole day because of how the pain has gotten. I am getting health insurance next month but I just wanted to know if anyone has had this extreme physical pain from anxiety or is it possibly something else?

    i’m no doctor but sounds logical, as when you are anxious you tense up your shoulders, and i have often had tension headaches. I think you need to get back to work as if you lie around all day worrying about it you will make it worse. i was off work for 3 months once with anxiety and you have to get up and get on with it. look at things to make yourself feel better – exercise being the main thing, counselling, good diet. look at the causes of the anxiety and tackle them. i couldn’t leave the house for a while, but you can get better but you have to make the effort. i knew i was better when i took an 11 hour long haul flight, alone ! prior to that a bus or train journey would cause me the most dreadful fear. good luck !

    you can get that way from anxiety but there are other reasons for pain as well. Have you taken a good look at your diet. Are you getting the nutrition you need to stay healthy. I think you should try a new product that just came out called seven+ by exfuze. The product is a juice that contains seven of the worlds super foods including noni, acai, goji, seabucjthorn, mangosteen, fucoidan and Gac its all natural so no side effects. The seven healthiest foods in the world all in one drink to give you the nutrition you need for the day. I just dump some in my juice in the morning. If you want to know more and try it for free for seven days go to http://www.exfuzewithtrav.iexfuze.net its worth a try also if you want more information just email me at trav_thompson41@yahoo.com

    Anxiety is not the cause of your other symptoms, but is a symptom in addition to the others; all of which are caused by spiritual interactions.
    Migraines have been known to be caused by spirits for more than 3,000 year, it is just not believed by modern science. If fact, all you physical symptoms are as a result of a spirit. When you feel muscle tension, it is the feeling of the spirit in physical contact with you. I would bet that in addition to migraines you have tension headaches, which is just the feeling of spiritual contact. Think of the saints and their halos and you’ll have an idea of what you are experiencing – those halos are depictions of spirits.
    Your anxiety feelings are most likely imparted by the same spirit. It is likely concerned about your activities and is letting you know you should be concerned. Spirits are effectively mental energy, and are very psychological in nature.
    When you next have your symptoms, close your eyes and hold out an open and relaxed hand in front of you. You will most likely feel a tingling sensation, which will be evidence of the spirit. Next you should introduce yourself. Think, “hello,….” You will hear its responses in your mind as if you thought them. This is called telepathy, and you need not use your voice, as spirits have no ears to hear with. With a conscious knowledge that a spirit is with you, most of your negative symptoms should subside.

    My sweet child, can you have the anxiety addressed as soon as you get health insurance? Even before then, you can try:
    1) Rescue Remedy, sold at all Whole Foods and other health food stores. Use every fifteen minutes until you get some relief. It’s OTC, no Rx needed;
    2) Passion Flower, an herbal remedy. Called “Nature’s Xanax.” I used the brand shown at http://store.sawpalmettoproducts.com/paf… and
    3) meditation. See http://www.how-to-meditate.org/ to get started.
    Do see your doctor, though. There are tons of medications for this, and until you get ahead of the anxiety, you will want something. Your doctor can prescribe medications for stress. I take Inderal for anxiety attacks. Inderal is not your typical panic attack drug, such as Xanax. Inderal is for hypertension, but it stops the heart from racing, and without a racing heart, none of the other physical steps that are required for an anxiety attack to occur can occur. If you do ask for Inderal, ask for the regular version, not the long-acting, so it will get into your system faster.
    Godspeed to feeling better. Please try the Passion Flower in the meantime if you can afford it (it’s not that expensive, but you have to pay shipping), and I always recommend Rescue Remedy.
    Stress can certainly cause all of the physical pain you are describing. Email me if you want to talk. I pray you feel better.
