For the past two months, the joints in my hand (literally all of them it seems), have been in severe pain. I do oil changes, do tire jobs for various vehicles for about 3 years. I recently popped my shoulder those two months ago, and that’s right when the joint pain soon began. Could be a coincidence, arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) , or simply just wear and tear on my hand? (I always use my right hand to use tools by removing oil filters, screws, etc., anything that uses a good wrench, but a stronger hand and wrist. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This possible shoulder injury could be the cause of your problem but I suggest you talk to your physician to deal with this problem accordingly because this could be a sign of a whole different problem then what you might think. The nerves in your shoulder and in your hand are connected together, by possibly doing previous damage to your shoulder you could have possibly did nerve damage or other types of damage in your hand and this could be the cause of your pain. For more information and symptoms, I suggest you go to WebMD to see if you can do some research on your own and could possibly eliminate why your joints in your hand are hurting so much. Hope this helps.
