Burning Constant Pain In Left Outside Arm From Below Shoulder Down To Fingers?

December 23rd, 2009 · 2 Comments · Pain

Go to the doctor. It sounds as if you may require a chiropractor to release a trapped nerve. You can go to a chiroprator without visiting the doctor but it is always best to check first. You can also get acupuncture if you do not want someone manipulating your bones.

You should see a doctor. It sounds like you could have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) by the way you describe the constant burning pain. If your pain is made worse by light touch to your skin (in the area of your pain, your arm for you)? Does your skin change colors, does your skin look shiny? Those are a few symptoms of CRPS, and you should see your doctor because they can diagnose it and if you do have CRPS the faster your get treatment the better likely hood that you have of recovering from it. It’s most common in arms, but I have it in my leg. If it’s CRPS you’re probably going through the most pain in your life, but if it’s a minor pain it’s probably not CRPS.
