Pain…. I know all about pain.. Most of us older tennis players say “There is just one pain, and it keeps moving to different parts of my body”. You don’t say your age, but if you are young the pain can come from bad body mechanics during a shot. You might want to have a coach watch you play to see if you are doing something wrong. Another common culprit is your racquet. Try someone else’s racquet for a while and see if the pain changes.
    Hope this helps

Maybe its just the way you serve. If you pull your arm back too much, it will cause shoulder strain. And you could be arching your back a little too much on your serve. And you arm, it could be related to your shoulder distress.

    Rules:
    1. Know well your stretching limits
    2. Take rich diet
    3. Take supplements for support diet
    4. Take care of your bones, (have yourself analyzed for sciaticas as it can be dangerous)
