		<description>If over the counter pain meds and the use of ice pack or heart pack doesn&#039;t help with pain relief then you need to see a doc.
It maybe just a pulled or strained muscle, if so, self care with heat or cold pack should help. If self care doesn&#039;t help a Doc&#039;s would be unable to diagnose without seeing the problem, could be something more serious going on, i.e., muscle tear. If problem persist, see a doc</description>
