That means a problem could be occuring other than your back - - I am thinking since you have pain under your left breast and the left side of your back - it is related to your stomach. Make sure you ask if they have the body pillow for pregnant women because its not worth the money if you have to lay on your side the whole hour. Don't know about the breast numbness but it sounds like your lungs are getting compressed from the size of your uterus pushing up, which is normal - and creates the breathlessness. I know they say the baby can sit on nerves and stuff - maybe some prenatal yoga stretches would help move baby to a better position. You can get a video or take a class. I have been doing that my whole pregnancy and its a great way to meet other pregnant moms and get advice from a live person, assuming there is a good teacher around where you live.
